Last updated when you created your account. This is a summary of how PropertyPadi works between you and us — it doesn’t replace the tenancy or sale agreement you sign with a landlord or seller.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Listings and inspections
Every listing is checked before it goes live, but PropertyPadi is not the landlord, seller or agent — we connect you with them and hold payments securely until the step you paid for actually happens.
Payments and refunds
Fees are shown before you pay, and refund rules are shown on the same screen as the payment itself — see How PropertyPadi works for the general shape of it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use PropertyPadi after an update means you accept the new version.
