What we collect when you use PropertyPadi, and why — nothing here is sold to advertisers.
What we collect
Your name and email are required to create an account. A phone number is optional, and only ever used to send WhatsApp or SMS reminders about inspections and payments you’ve booked. We also keep a record of the listings you view, save and book, so the app can show your own bookings back to you.
Why we collect it
To run the product: confirming who you are, sending booking and payment confirmations, and showing landlords or agents enough about you to accept an application or inspection request.
Who sees it
A landlord or agent sees what they need to accept a booking or application — never your password, and never your full payment details. Payments themselves are handled by our payment partner, not stored on our servers.
Your data, your control
You can request a copy of your data from Account → Privacy and data at any time. To delete your account, contact Support.
